This is a set of four party bubble blowers from the Blue's Clues TV show.

The figure is called "Slippery Soap" on the show, and it looks like a sudsy little bar of light purple soap. Each soap has a party hat on, and is filled with bubble solution. Unscrew the party hat and you find a wand for blowing bubbles.

The package wisely states, "Bubble solution not intended for human consumption." Dimensions above are for the card. Individual blowers are about 3" tall, 2" across, and 1" deep.
