Sheriff Donald Duck comes packaged on a card with a 4 oz. buttle of Disney Character Bubbles, also from Tootsietoy.

Directions on the back of card say: 1) Unscrew Donald's hat and remove. 2) Pour Wonder Bubbles solution into Donald's body. 3) Dip the wand into the bubble solution and blow gently through the opening to create beautiful bubbles.
