Description:
These were special bubble blowers made to celebrate the millenium. Several different styles were made. They came with or without "gems," in clear bags or boxes, or loose. The colors were red, white, and blue.

The wand in these pictures is shaped to read "2000." They all have cords so that they could be worn as necklaces.
