Description:
This is "Patch" from Walt Disney's 101 Dalmatians. Patch is a self-contained bubble blower; you screw-off his head and can use the attached wand.

A small bottle of bubbles is provided to fill the character. Also has a string so it can be worn as a necklace.

Note - This may have been one of a set of three (Rolly, Patch, and Lucky).
